5. Age Requirement

While we strive for accuracy and maximum refund amounts, FlashRefund does not guarantee specific refund amounts. All tax filings are prepared based on the information and documents you provide. We offer a maximum refund guarantee — if you find a larger refund for the same return elsewhere, we will review and match it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashRefund and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our Services
  • Any errors or omissions in your tax return resulting from inaccurate information you provided
  • Unauthorized access to your personal information
  • Any IRS actions, penalties, or interest resulting from your tax filing
